Beginning Quilting
If you've always wanted to learn to quilt, now is your chance! We've selected an easy, manageable projects as your first quilt so you will be able to finish it and feel successful. You will learn multiple valuable techniques to build a solid foundation for your next project!
We will use Alex Anderson's book Start Quilting to create a 40 1/2" x 40 1/2" sampler quilt from start to finish. Quilting skills to be learned include basic cutting and piecing, construction of seven common quilt blocks and quilt assembly.
This is a six-session class: September 24th, October 8th, 22nd, November 5th, 19th and December 3rd.
Steps to RSVP
- Click the Book Now button → Complete the RSVP popup to add the ticket to your Cart
- Add any fabric/supplies you like to your Cart (this page may show recommendations)
- Go to your Cart to checkout → Payment secures your seat. Cart seats release after 30 minutes of nonpayment
- At Checkout: if you added supplies to your cart → select PICKUP for in person events. We'll have them ready for you at the event.
DO NOT plan to buy materials the morning of the class unless you've made arrangements in advance.
A confirmation email is sent immediately after payment and your seat is confirmed.
