Delivery times are based on guidelines provided by USPS.

After you click check out, you can choose either to "ship" or "pick up"  your order. If you choose to ship, the following rates will be applied. If you want to pick up, we'll email you when it's ready. 

FLAT RATE SHIPPING:

$3.99 for orders up to $9.99
$7.99 for up to orders $24.99
$14.99 for orders up to $124.99
Free US Shipping on orders $125 and up

RETURNS

If we made a mistake with your order, we will fix it. We cannot accept returns on any cut fabrics (including pre-cuts or kits), thread, scissors, cutting tools, rulers, or mats. For sealed products like notions, patterns or other merchandise, we will give you a shop credit for your purchase but it must be within 14 days, unused, in its original sealed packaging, and in the same condition it was delivered in.  Unfortunately, we cannot pay for any return and exchange shipping charges.  Contact us at info@stitchonline.net for return shipping instructions.

Lost or Undelivered Purchases

Unfortunately we cannot take responsiblity for undelivered purchases.  Please contact your post office in the event of a non delivery.  Once you've contacted them, let us know and we will assist in any way we can to locate your missing package.  We can not offer a credit or refund in the event of lost or undelivered purchases.
