Class Policies

• Read the class supply list thoroughly BEFORE class
• Bring all necessary supplies to class
• Some classes optionally offer you to purchase all supplies at the time of registration - and we'll have them ready for you at the class
• DO NOT plan to buy your materials the morning of the class unless you've made arrangements in advance. You'll need that time to set up your work station
• Expect an email from your instructor a few days before the class. Sometimes these emails will land in your "spam" or "promotions" folder. If you have not received one a few days before your class, call the store: (970) 247-1085

If for any reason you need to withdraw from a class:

• If you withdraw before the 72 hour mark before the class, you will receive store credit for the class fee
• If you withdraw within 72 hours of the start of class, you will not receive a store credit or refund
• Please do not come to class sick
